He’ll return this fall supporting his 7th studio album, So Runs the World Away, with the full Royal City Band and an opener of his own TBA.
DSP is happy to announce the stellar indie rock double bill of The Besnard Lakes and Wintersleep on October 26th at Castaways. These two Canadian rock bands have different styles but the same intensity. Both have released albums this year, Are The Roaring Night from The Besnard Lakes has been shortlisted for the coveted Polaris Music prize for Best Canadian album.

The band released their fourth LP, Permalight this spring on Jack Johnson’s Brushfire Records. Joining them will be Midlake, returning to the area after a beautiful set in May at Castaways, and Peter Wolf Crier, an excellent duo who just released their debut album on Secretly Canadian.
